It was in December 1997 that Enrique and Victoria Sumbillo established South Salon in BF Homes, Paranaque. It was born out of the trust, support and encouragement from their friends in the industry and loyal customers.
They started out with doing house calls for personalized hair care. From there expanded to only two shampoo bowls and ten chairs; however it was the couple’s continued personalized service which made customers- from the classic and stylish house moms, fab celebrities, politicians, modern and classy businessmen and women- come back every time.
This was the beginning of something beautiful… in more ways than just hair.
